My name's Rob and I am a private collector and occasional dealer of jazz Cds based in Yorkshire, England.
I've set up this site in the hope of buying decent collections, the larger the better at this point! I will pay good money for the right stuff and arrange shipping at my own expense. I have been dealing with large CD and record collections for around 10 years so am fairly experienced in coming to arrangements where we are both happy.

Most of the below also applies to vinyl too. If you have a large jazz vinyl collection I am very interested in bulk-buying it. I do not cherry pick!
Generally, I am looking for instrumental jazz rather than vocal jazz, and on labels such as:
If you have a large amount of box sets, it is probably a good collection in general!
Personally, I am a huge fan of older jazz, even though it isn't particularly valuable, on labels like these:
If you have a lot of CDs that say 20/24 bit remaster, any super audio CDs, Japanese imports in card sleeves, a lot of card sleeve jazz releases in general or a large concentration of one particular label, I really want to hear from you!
If you have a large amount of jazz greats and nothing else, a lot of giveaway CDs, or you mostly have easy listening artists in the collection, then I am probably not all that interested unfortunately.
That depends on how large the collection is. If you have thousands of CDs it really isn't worth taking weeks to make lists, as I'm more interested in buying in bulk than individual items. Contact me and we'll work something out!
